Gimme Shelter Growing Pains

Funny how this is like 8 pages of port a potty talk  .....I had a great time from the second I arrived until my departure....waited for the bathroom once but still had a great time...and when I went in the rest room  I was not expecting an attendant polishing the towel rack it is a campground with 150 plus nasty fisherman..

I'll be back even if we have to do our business in the bushes ? GS is just classic and will not miss it for anything.  Thanks for your family's hard work in setting up this event Eric.  Had so much fun I even managed to pick a limit of Abs Friday morning.   

When you have a for profit event such as you are using as an example, then yes it would be the responsibility for the event to provide certain basic needs.

Becky and I were there for a full 7 days and NEVER had any problems with the bathrooms.
Move on.

At least there wasn't a urinal deuce this year. I thought that we might use the A-Hull's campsite as a backup latrine, but then I realized that it is already full of bullSh!t .

 

here are some possible solutions or a new use for your milk crate.

you guys seem to like making a headache for Eric and this facility thing, the fact of the matter is if you have it at a campground the campground guy has a responsibility and the event host has responsibility. but Eric already has enough s*** going on he doesn't need everybody else to weigh in on who should and should not provide mobile shiters.

its exactly this kind of "everybody else knows best from their arm chair position" that makes people stop hosting events like this. Why don't you let eric take care of his part of the deal which he does with 1000 percent awesomeness and you just come to the event enjoy it or not.

I'm pretty sure Eric asked for input from the group....and as far as I've read it doesn't seem like anybody is complaining, just offering up suggestions.

and Eric did a great job! maybe me and husband will come up sometime and get to know all of you! maybe the whiners should bring there own portable potties. (i sound just like rockfish, don,t I?)
I hope you have a great tournament next time and be safe. and no the drugs were not working for the last post! (sorry about that!) but we all get angry and frustrated at times, especially when you know someone has worked so hard for an event and certain people do not seem to appreciate the work and effort it took.
