Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

Congrats on the win. It sounded like you really got into some fish. Thanks for sharing the info on how you managed all those Bass limits. Great job.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

Here is a photo of the lures I used at salmon slam. These colors work in all of our lakes here in NorCal and encourage you all to try them if you haven't already. Battle damage on the lures was custom made by angry bass . Hope this helps everyone to catch more fish! :smt001

Thanks for another great event Ricci!!! Congrats to all the winners! If you ever wanna see first hand what it takes to put on an event like this, blow you back out and stay on shore :smt010; even with managing a new family, Ricci pulled off another great event!

It was great to see old friends and meet new ones! And to all those who brought me "drugs" thanks a million! got me threw the weekend.....

Here are some stats on the fish caught:
Kokos = 5 caught, Avg Size =15.10", Largest=16.26"
Trout= 1 caught @ 10.50"
Bass = 71 caught, Avg size=14.87", Largest=23"

Bag Limits:
5 fish = 7 anglers
4 fish = 2 anglers
3 fish = 6 anglers
2 fish = 6 anglers
1 fish - 5 anglers

And here was your Top 20:
The one who dies with the most toys, WINS!

Thanks for another fine BSS Ricci!  Fine job.  Even the poor weather couldn't keep us from having a NCKA great time.  Thank you Allen and all the vendors for putting on the Kayak Festival on Saturday.  And a special shout out to Amber for her nice welcome and keeping the gates open late and early in the morning for us.

I lost a nice Koke early in the day and then switched to watching Jedmo hammer down on a couple of nice bass including his PB LMB.  Way to go Jed!

See you next year.

A few weeks ago I gave my old digital camera to my 5 year old boy (Jack).  When we were packing for BSS4 , I reminded him to take along his camera and take lots of pictures.  I thought it might be interesting to see what he would capture on memory card and get a look into the world thru his eyes.  So here are some of the pictures Jack took with his camera of BSS4.
