I must be a sicko-I can watch that motorcycle vs. lightning clip a thousand times and I still cant stop from laughing when it nails him.....i feel so bad...I am gonna watch again now  :smt001 :smt001
We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

That was just a static (secondary) strike to him.  He would have been in pain if he had taken the full hit.

Thanks for the info from everyone. I ended up going out and catching a few strippers. I think I need to find some waterproof fishing pants and top next though :smt044

Rain not a problem, Hail not a problem, snow not a problem. The biggest problem beside lightening is wind, Big Problem.

The reason several said fishing in the rain is no big deal is because we dress for immersion - go with that first, then you'll realize rain isn't anything to stop a kayakfishing trip.

Lightning is definitely something to watch out for.

Ther's strippers in the sloughs down there? They must be full of "fisherman" every weekend.
