It was nice to get on the water today after work. Narisa knew that I  wanted to go fishing today and called me on my way home from work to let me know that dinner would be ready when I got home so I could stay out later on the water.

I got on the water and had about an hour and 15 until sunset. I worked the boat docks for nothing, but I couldn't complain I was on the water. As soon as the sun started to set the fish started jumping. I worked my way to where I got my crappie a couple weeks ago. Fish were jumping everywhere. When I got to my spot, I quickly realized its not just my spot but also the guy who was fishing from shore. I was kind and paddled away since he was there first. Not wanting to ruin my WAF account I decided to paddle back in. I did take my time and enjoyed the drift back in, hoping my agents would pull off a Hail Mary.

I ended the night with a skunk, but it was great being on the water. It is amazing how quiet it is out there, even with the music from the local pubs blasting. Now to see if Narisa is ok with letting me fish tomorrow.

My Yak Attack leash it works really well on the tracks.

Glad you had a good water therapy session.  Maybe a LS hookup there in the Summer?  Thanks for the report and pictures Victor.

Sounds great! Skunk or not looks like a great way to end the day. Love the picture you painted with the music and pubs in the background!!!

Nice report and pictures , the marina area really looks nice since it was cleaned up and made into a scenic area . That evening shot back at the lighted waterfront is nice , I was raised in FF in the mid sixties and used to fish from the end of the slough to the point , much nicer now .
