Non Kayak report, as a matter of fact not even my fishing report.  After work yesterday my dad stopped by the tubes to check it out.  He said guys using smelt on incoming tide were catching stripers on every drop.  Guys were leaving early because they got board catching fish. Water out there is perfect as well.  If you catch the outgoing tide kayak around the tubes.  Great weather. If it is high tide when you go cast on the incoming side of the tubes or pepper the shoreline around highway 101.  If you good luck.
