Ok everyone. Here is the gear and help portion. Post up and I will create list.

i'll bring the kitchen and the food. If raydon is bringing good looks, he better stop at the store cause he is fresh out.

And to think that I said nice things about you two this weekend. 

I will bring the AI and Revo withF complete gear.

For those of you wondering if you can help here is a short list:

Early am help for Jack in preparing breakfast.  2 or 3 dudes.
Guides.          5 to 9.  We will have a meeting before you take a vet out.   Launch control coordinator 1-2 dudes  meeting before.
Lunch help for Jack -- 2 or 3 dudes.  Trouble shooter-- one dude to do anything that needs to be done.  Clean up, 4 5 dudes to stay & help Jack breakdown kitchen in his truck and general cleanup.
I think we can do this with minimum of 9 volunteers but 12 or 13 would be better.  Please let me know if you can help out.

I can guide, and have one extra boat if I can find a ride up there.

We can try to get two more on top my truck.

Does anyone local have another pair of stacker bars?

My son (11yrs old but crazy mature for his age) and I will be there.  I only have my Pro Angler but I have about 9 PFDs of various sizes that Ill bring.  I also will pack a few extra spinning rods for the Vets to use and I have more tackle than I know what to do with.  Ill get there just before sun up so "early" shouldn't be a problem.  We can also stay and help with clean up.  We are experienced HOW volunteers but this will be our first California event and first time on Lake Hennessey.

Firming things up:

Kayaks            We HAVE 15-17 committed now
Volunteers        Scubaluis, GB2, RingKing, JustRobert, Edpingol, Chattick, Kayak Jack, RacinRob, Danglin, Raydon

                       Set up/kitchen help with breakdfast-- BG2 and RingKing (and son)

GreatBass2- Dogs are allowed on leash.
RingKing:  Thanks for the offer of poles, but we are loaded with poles and reels.  Make sure you mark all your personal stuff.

Summary.  I think we are good on the boats. 
                 Breakfast and lunch are taken care of
                 We could use a few more volunteers
                 

Needs:  Ice chest full of ice and drinks.
           

DON'T FORGET HOW EVENTS ARE DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE.

I know you want to be there.  However the upside to your not being there is that maybe someone else can catch fish.
