One of my company trucks stolen in Oakland this past weekend.

Okay, One of my company trucks was stolen in downtown Oakland over the weekend. More that likely the toolbox was the target. It's a white 2006 Ford F-250 regular cab with long bed. License plate 8B73478. It had black truck racks and a white tool box in the bed. The only distinguishing mark is an oval decal in the back window with the letters (LB). The police have a report and told us the tools were the target and most likely the truck is sitting somewhere in Oakland. If anyone goes near ARW maybe they can roll through the parking lot there.

So, if any of you guys see it don't approach it! Call the Police. Thanks, Allen

I'll be looking. I'm gonna go take a look down in the Lo Bo and West O over by the port. We've found more than a few of these stolen vehicles. Sad thing is more than once that we've found stolen vehicles they have had parking tickets on them. You'd think the cops would communicate with parking enforcement..

That SUCKS!!! Will keep an eye out for it. Will be heading towards Oakland area tomorrow.

Sorry Tio..I'm on the lookout.  You're not supposed to have things in Oakland.  It's not fair to those who don't have things.  What a shame.

Thanks Guys, please don't go out of your way or get involved other than calling the officials.  There have been stories of the perps laying in wait and demanding money for the return of the vehicle.

Most likely under the freeway overpass that one takes to get from Oakland to Alameda.  I see LOTS of striped vehicles in that general area when I pass thru on my way to Alameda from Oakland.  Saw one there the other day that someone pulled the steetmetal clean off all 4-doors from the outside & had it up on blocks.  I think the stere was still in it though!

I would start out looking in west O. I use to work in Oakland a lot before and always had tools take from the back of the truck. Anything that can be easily carried will be taken first.

 Sucks. I've been working in Oakland, I'll keep an eye out.

Nope, went with another outfit called "hi-Jack" and they really followed through. 

too bad Bufa wasn' still around. that bitch was one hell of a theft deterrent! Hope you get the truck back at least.
