I was thinking for the bottom sealer. Did you consider the spray or brush on bed liner.

Yeah thought about it but I haven't had much luck with the spray stuff and the roll on is pretty pricey.

Update getting close!

Gotta stay safe cutting this aluminum with a router and it goes everywhere!! I have had metal removed from  my eye twice... Not again!!

How about adding windows that open so the trailer does not turn into an oven during a hot summer day. Plus it will give you some natural light.

Haha u guys are funny!  yeah I'm adding two windows that open but not going to do them before I go to shelter. So for now all I have is a top vent.

I can't wait to see that trailer, that thing is so bad ass !!

For those that didn't go to gs8 her is an updated pic of the progress. I was able to get it usable for camping this week, but on the way up my battery came loose and thrashed around I the galley. So I have some repairs to do...
