Hate to do it, but my growing family is forcing me to offload my beloved 4Runner for something that can fit 3 car seats in the back.  The specs:
1998 Limited, V-6, 4x4, 228k miles, cruise control, power windows/locks/seats, leather seats, clean title in hand.

Pros: ice cold A/C, hot heater, runs like a champ, Yakima roof rack w/ extension & fairing, brush guard (the extra lights are not hooked up), tow package, box for extra storage in cargo area, cargo cover.  Absolutely zero mechanical issues, doesn't leak a drop, runs awesome, drives straight as an arrow.  Tires are Yokohama Geolander's with about 80% tread, replaced front brakes/rotors w/ Brembo's at the same time.  Otherwise the vehicle is totally stock.

Cons:  typical Toyota paint, hood/part of roof, and fender flares are oxidized.  I typically rattle can the hood once a year, works fine for my needs.  Trip odometer doesn't work, but main odometer does.  Dash clock doesn't work, but the CD player has one of course.  Drivers window is slow up/down, in cold weather it needs a little help to close fully.  Front seats have seen a lot of soggy waders and Redding summers, the leather has cracked so I have patched up and put on new seat covers.

Perfect yak-hauler, just throw the boat up top, secure with two straps and drive.  Lay the seats flat, roll out the sleeping bag and you're good for the night.  This rig has treated me awesome, again I hate to see it go.  I'm sure I've forgotten some things, shoot me any questions you might have.  Will be posting up on CL for $6k but would love to keep in within NCKA, willing to deal!

Man, this is exactly what I'm looking for as I'm now expecting my first child and sold my truck to my dad. Unfortunetly I think my offer would be to low for your likings. :smt009 Its crazy how much these Toyotas hold a value even when online sources such as Edmunds, kbb, nada, etc. show differ.

You never know man, I'd rather not deal with craigslist flakes and have some wiggle room.  Regarding the values, nothing holds it like a Toyota.  I'm also open to trades (plus my cash) for 4wd, quad cab, short beds.
