How many MPG? Any leaks or  mechanical problems?

I've received a couple pm's regarding the rv.  Unfortunately I don't know much about rv's.  My father in law drove it up here about a year ago and it has been sitting in a storage lot since.  It does not have any leaks, i just cleaned it out.  It is a class A and u don't know the exact gas mileage but after a little era search, looks like they average about 10mpg.  I am not aware if any mechanical problems, think it just needs to have battery charged.  The side door has pry marks on it, where some dirt bags, tried to break into it.
