Hi Everyone!!

I am starting to organize for the 3rd annual Gyotaku / fish printing extravaganza following the GS8. I am hoping those who have volunteered in past will help out again. I will also need some additional help that Saturday afternoon to make it happen. Who would like to assist me all or part of Saturday May 17th from 1:00-4:30pm (event is 2-4pm)?!

More info about the extravaganza to come....

It's still early, but I'll bump this in hopes that Brandi gets a good crew set up.

After scoring wraps up I hope to get to the Gyotaku this year for once!   :smt001

I'll help, Brandi!   :smt003

Hi Brandi!
I will need a little time to get off the water... get my fish checked... I can be there by 14:30. My girls can help too. Also, I have a 10x10 canopy tent  that we can use to hang shirts and flags on for drying. Let me know if I can bring other items.
Give me call.

Hey Brandi,

My wife Kara is willing to give you a hand and I'm sure my 3 yr old Branson will give some artistic direction. She'll touch base early May.

Last year was a wonderful success - thank you everyone!  We had official GS gyutaku shirts (pre-order offered this year), blank shirts and flags last year.

In anticipation of another successful fish printing event, I have a question - would you like to see flags offered again this year?  Let me know!

Here is some details about our upcoming gyotaku event.

We will have a tent to shade a few tables, more clothes pins for those who want to hang their shirts/prints on the fence, hangars for those who want to hang and a few more new modifications this year.  GS8 gyotaku shirts can be pre-ordered with your GS8 entry and there will be some limited amount of blanks shirts available as well.  Of course, you are welcome to bring your own shirt to print on.

I am still in need of volunteers to help set up and a few more for during the event.  I will provide full event details next month.

It's going to be another FUN time!!

You can send in another form to order shirts for Gyotaku including an option to buy a shirt to be available for a kid at the event.   :smt001

Hi Brandi, I have talked my wife into going to GS8, she will not be fishing and said she would be happy to help out, that way she could meet some of the NCKA family. We also have some 4' tables if you need them as well.

That's awesome and much appreciated, Jeff!  I think Brandi missed your note because she's on the road and likely reading off her phone right now.  I'm  sure those tables will be welcomed - we can use them at the potluck after the Gyo event too.  Thx!!   :smt001
