Won't be enough for the Fresno locals though.

 I'd like to get them at least a box of 8 ...  ( 40 lbs. )

I picked up my battery today from superd270.  The battery looks great and I can't wait to rig my fishfinder.  Thank you Danny and Fishbucket!  I've only been a member of this forum for a week or so, but I am truly impressed by the generosity of its members.  Being a noob, I hope I'm able to eventually give back and contribute.

I look forward to meeting more folks and hope to see you OTW soon!

Speaking of batteries for a FF, does anyone know where you can get a charger with a auto-shutoff at a fairly decent price?

Thanks for any 411 :smt004

Can't beat Harbor Freight! Look for their $10 discount coupon as well.

Thanks guys,
I won't be able to get the whole weekend off for the fish-n-chill, but will make an appearance Sunday morning. Thanks for the hand off of batteries, great group.

Thanks Joe for taking the time to pull these batteries out for us.  My days of burning through AAs are over.  Gotta stop at Walmart on the way home to see if they have any dry boxes for it.

Salamat Danny for bringing them down to the Southbay folks!  Maybe I'll see you next weekend again.

Thanks Glen,
 Yeah, sure thing..
I can go thru Hayweird either in or out of Pleasanton on Tuesday and drop a couple and a box for the FnC ( would like to get FresnoMike and Yakhopper  2 each )
If you got an Addy or a good hiding spot to stash them in , let me know.

If you have any left i would like to give some a try. I plan on rigging up a ff this spring but i also just got done fabing a bracket to mount just the motor part of a trolling motor so i can run back up the current when i find a good drift. I would think i could maybe wire up a few together possibly

These would not work for a trolling motor. even a bunch parallel. they are only 7ah.
But they do work for a FF.
If you can get to SF tomorrow morning from 7am to 11 am We can make something happen. After that I'm tied up, unless you want to chase me around lake Sonoma on Sunday??   :smt005

After that , we could try next week.

Thanks a lot Danny and Joe! I picked up mine from Danny this afternoon, and it looks really nice. Moreover, it looks like fully charged already as it only took my charger one minute to say charging is done.
