Yup with just beef, tendon, and tripe.  It wouldn't be papaitan without it and my dad makes some of the best.  Hope to see you there!

J man, I cant wait to try your soup!!!!  I fancied the idea of making Pho for the weekend, but with my interview being tomorrow, dont have the time to make it :(
