So I'm techtarded the scroll arrows on the right side of the screen have vanished. Can one of you tech savvy peeps tell me what to do? See no arrows^

Current version of Chrome doesn't have arrows in the scroll bars. 

To scroll:
1)Drag the scroll bar to go up and down to scroll.
2)Click above or below the scroll bar to go up and down. (the lighter colored space)
