You need to have your picture hosted by a web site.

I use photobucket.com  Free and easy.

Just create an account and then upload your pic to the website.  Then, get the url for your pic and come back here.

Use the following syntax, where you actually use [ instead of {.

{img}your image url here{/img}

And there you have it.

Save you picture to my pictures on your computer
When you post hit additional options below the text box you will see Attach hit Browse it will take you to My Pictures double click the picture then hit Post.
If you hit Preview you will have to re-attach.
