Up at 3:30 off to ocean cove and back at noon! The vis was about 15 Ft. There where alot of scares on the rocks from abs being removed in the shallow water so we moved out to about 25 feet and started seeing alot of abs that had pretty good meat to them but the shells where kind of small. abs went from 7 1/2 - 9" the weather was great and had a lot of fun. here are some of todays abs.

If you got a 9'' at OC then you are definitely doing things right. Way to go!

Nice!! I love ocean cove. Its a bit picked over, but if you know where to look (and you obviously do) you can do pretty well.

Nice abs.  I rather have a 'thick' meat than a big shell with thin meat.  It's pathetic to see big-sized abs like at the Red Barn (now White Barn) and miniscule meat--- It's like they are malnourish.  I like going to Ocean Cove for the same reason as everyones---meaty abs!!!

Thanks for the report.  :smt001 :smt001
