It's back to work today after almost six weeks of disability. The leg feels strong and the foot only tingles a bit now and then. The lower back feels tender but that's OK. I can walk 4 miles with no pain. I'm up to 40 consecutive pushups. I can paddle with no pain or consequences. I would like to thank all of you who were with me on this journey of recovery. Ive been a cranky little bitch at times. Depressed and left feeling hopeless when it was at its worst. So, to all of you who wished me well, contacted me, send me good energy and especially Marv who was there in the darkest hours of night to lift me up with his message of hope and friendship through the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Thanks again, Craig.

Unless you have had constant pain to deal with it's hard to understand... I'm glad you're better and able to get back to work! Fishing and playing hooky from work isn't the same if you CAN"T work... See ya at Crabfest!
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
