Interesting link from the Weather channel of the before and after pictures of current lake levels and snow pack vs. previous years. It shows a couple pictures of Folsom/Shasta/Oroville/ and the Sierra's.

That drought in 76-77 was what brought stripers into Del Valle. I remember it back then and it was almost a puddle till they pumped delta water back into it.
