$3,000 rebuilt 1 yr warranty. Biggest weakness in these is the tranny so having a cooler put in and a trans gauge so I can monitor the temp.
 The clear coat is coming off on the top and front anybody have any ideas? Is this a repaint or can I get away with another clear coat? Then buffing it out.
Want this looking real good out of respect. Besides the wife really likes it.

That is a good deal.....if the rebuild is good.  They drop[ in a rebuilt tran right?

And yes, clear coat should do it.  Mine needs it too.

Found a bottle of coinage in the van when I was cleaning it out. Rachel and Justin happened to come by later and I gave it to her for bridge toll. Actually kept the coins and cashed her out.
Going to enjoy getting this beast some new mechanics. Dan sent me a PM with a specialist who really likes these vans and I'll be checking with him to do some of the special things we want taken care of.
We are looking for a new RV ( newer sprint type) but this came along from Joel's  family and since Diana and I are empty Nester's it fits us for now.
Kaylo is staying with us the next couple of weeks. One day Diana notices that he is in our sun room whining. She looks in the direction he is looking and wouldn't you know it he is staring at the Man Van.
Had to move it to the side of the house where he can't see it. He still sits in the sun room but doesn't whine like before. I wonder? That little dog really misses him.
When cleaning out the van I brought Kylo out and he fell asleep on the drivers seat. Those of you who know this dog know he isn't the best disciplined dog in the world but his world was right for a few hours as he slept curled up in his masters seat. I vacuumed, dusted and cleaned all around him and Kylo didn't budge.
Later that same evening he walked into the kitchen and while looking at Diana peed on the kitchen floor. Never did that before and hasn't since. After a scolding Diana and I looked at each other and just laughed.
Keep you updated on the vans progress. Rachel off to Spain and will return in a week. Kylo out side with Bella and Daisy sunning. Acting like a real dog.
