Gonna hit it tomorrow.  Not rushing for a sunrise start as the E/NE wind is supposed to be there through the night into the morning, then calming to light and variable as the morning/day goes on.  Planning to be at HMB Kayaks at 8-ish, with launching to happen whenever I am good and ready.

Should be a good day for newbies.  If anyone wants to learn the ropes of kayak crabbing, I'll take the time to enjoy the day and show you!   I'll even bring pots if you need them.  :smt006

Hey Allen,

I just got a new (used) small sized commerical type crab pot. I am considering joining you at HMB tomorrow am. Where are you launching from and how can I call you by phone?

Would like to learn more about crabbing.

Look forward to talking with you today.

Take Care,

Looks like we have a bit of a crew assembling.  If you'd like to come, but don't have any crab gear, I have some extra I can loan.  Let me know.

Hi Allen,

Where are you launching from?
Do you have a cell #?

I am defintely coming and have one cragb pot with me and bait. I also bought a snare with mono leader snags to try with a rod. Met the oldetimer who made it at a fishing store in El Cerritto.

I will try to be there at 8am and have been launching from the Northside by the HMB Yacht Club and CA Canoe and Kayak.

Give me a buzz in the am.

Look forward to meeting you.

It's ok.  People confuse us all the time, always calling us both Allen!
