Just put in the time off at work (some how I've accumulated 120 hours vacation time...) - will be sending my registration and check soon. Might be bringing a fellow yaker from work this time. If you haven't gone to GS, you need to. This event epitomises everything good about our sport...good times! I can't wait! The only bad thing about GS is that its too short!!! This year I'm coming early and leaving late!

my wife & stayed there years back when we hiked part of the lost coast. It is a nice place. It has new owners now I think? back then the owner not only let us park our car in their lot for the trip, but also filled up a flat we had so that we could get back to Garberville.
