I don't believe  there ever was a specific post. Yes, Clavey always offers a 10% discount to NCKA.

Flip Flop Shops Modesto inside Vintage Faire Mall offers 10% off

Szechuan Restaurant in Auburn is offering NCKA members 10% off  lunch, and 20% off dinner.  To receive the discount the HAC sign must be given to the staff. 

To those who don't know what the HAC sign is, I have included a pic below.  Please remember: Pinnky down, not out.
