I've never been to the Sac ISE. I think I'm going to try and go this year.

Hell yes! I can't wait to hear more about your fishing adventure with the great Sean Morley. For those who don't know Sean is one of the greatest most accomplished sea kayakers of our generation, he has paddled around the world and set several world records, and he is the new sales rep for Jackson Kayak. Marcos took him fishing, and I guess he lost his cookies. Can't wait to her the story from your perspective.

Haha, yep I was there that day. Made for good fishing, stayed right by them and got my limit.

I'll be there, not missing it this year. Couldn't make it last year was too busy chasing steelhead up north.

BloodSource and KCRA 3 Ring in the New Year by Saving Lives

MATHER, CA – KCRA 3 and BloodSource ring in the New Year with the annual KCRA 3 Blood Drive for Life including marrow registry. The blood drive will take place at four locations in Roseville, Modesto, Stockton and Sacramento. It's a great opportunity to make good on those noble New Year's resolutions made just a few days ago and what's nobler than helping to save lives? Start the New Year in high fashion with a special edition T-shirt along with MyBloodSource Rewards. Blood drive participants will also receive one ticket to the 2014 International Sportsmen's Exposition in Sacramento (January 9 – 12, 2014) while supplies last. Marrow registry will be offered at no cost to people ages 18 to 44.

The need for blood recognizes no season or date on the calendar. With less than 10% of people donating blood and many regular donors traveling, on vacation, or down with cold or flu symptoms, it’s important for new blood donors or infrequent blood donors to donate at this time. Join us to save lives at any of the following locations:

    Friday, January 3
        Sacramento and Roseville: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
        Stockton and Modesto: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    Saturday, January 4
        Roseville, Stockton and Modesto: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Only a few days away. We have spent all day today setting up, and we have another log day ahead of us tomorrow. I picked up Jameson from Jackson and Luther from Yak Attack today. I'll be working the Granite Bay Fly Casters both on Saturday from 10 - 12 if anyone wants to stop by and say hi and ask any fly fishing questions.
