my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

Thanks Ron.  There was the EXACT setup I was looking for on CL last week.  Sent the guy 3 e-mails with no reply.  He reposted with a phone# & it sold in hours.  Missed out AGAIN.

I, personally, think that setup is overpriced & not really what I am looking for or designed my room to accomodate.

Thanks for looking out for me though!!!!!

~Bill

Nope.

I KNOW it can be done wrapping by hand (ie. non-motorized) BUT its what I want.  I'll wait till I find a good deal on what I am looking for.

When it comes to my tools .... I'm sort of picky & prefer to have the right equipment for the job.

That's not even a power-wrapper, it was just a hand wrapper and a motorized dryer. Unless that rod blank he had was a G-loomis or a lamiglass, you could buy all of those tools brand new at Mudhole for like $100. I saw that, he posted it a few times, completely wasn't worth the money.

You could make everything (including the dryer) for about $20. Hell I made a pair of those handwrappers in red oak with a router and a bandsaw, only costs the wood and the thread tensioners ($3-5ea?)
Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.

Sounds a little over priced to me too. I used a the motor out of an old microwave to make my dryer.
