I've got two poles I'd like to get rid of...

Cabela's 'depth master' pole - 2 piece 9 foot, 'dipsy-diver' model - DM-DD-90M, 12-30lb. Casting/Conventional line guides. Was really cheap - the reel seats are flimsy, but work... I've used it as a back-up pole on the water - only for a few days in Mendocino, it sat on the back of the kayak the whole time. Pole is like-new, just not practical for what I've been doing and am willing to give it away for FREE. It's been taking up space in my fishing closet.

Cabela's 'tourney trail IM7' graphite casting rod - TTESGC705-2 - 10-17lb, 1/4 to 3/4oz. 7ft pole, 2 piece. EVA 'Split Grip'. Nice pole, got it on sale - it lists for $60+ not on sale. Used 2-3 times from shore, a little stiff for me, listed as 'mod-fast'. Happy to give it up for $20. Spotless condition. Just ordered a rod to replace it, gotta make more room...

I'm in Hayward, travel and work in the East Bay, could swing it/them by if it's on my way to work. Shoot me an email/PM.

Damn, Dude... one of these days :(. Currently waiting on word back on my Subie, over-heating in Lake County over Turkey Day, keeping all of my travels close until I know if it's good to go, or time to 'put it down'. And P.S., you've got some funky kayak karma w/ all of your fishing buddies ending up in the water at some point :) I'll be most prepared for a swim... xoxoxo

Uggghhh, I know how that goes, I put four tires and a new battery in two different of my breaking down vehicles this weekend..

I was going to make a smart reply about fishing partners ending up in the water and then I remembered your dad.... not that I will ever be caught mentioning that to him in person... Hey ONE of the guys ended up catching a barbeque grate! So I got that going for me, which is nice...

I still want to go up and try Blue Lakes with your dad in the winter when there are fish there, and now that I have gear together..

If I can help transferring this gear to someone let me know!

Thanks, Dude. Update - Subaru is heading for the junkyard/clunkers donation. The auto pick-up folks said they'd give me $250 for the car... damn, that's sad, granted I just spent close to $4k earlier this year on major head-gasket, timing belt, radiator, water pump repairs. Coolant in the cylinders now, too expensive to fix, and as a self-employed musician, I can't wait around. Just bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, with really low miles. Totally stoked to sign my life away for another 5 years. Now all I need is a camper shell and some racks for the Kayak. Will be 'grounded' with kayak fishing until I can get that all worked out. Camper shells aren't cheap!

I wonder does your wife know my wife, cause that's the same thing she says to me

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it
