Maine Lobster surpise..

so question, would it be legal to retain this lobster, since it is definitely not from our waters,and not covered in our regulations, but since it was illegally introduced to our eco system, should it be removed and was he wrong in throwing it back, cameron

good question, not sure. it was released. they are finding Dungenous on the Atlantic side as well.

My buddies pulled this same practical joke on a Southern Cal commercial lobster fisherman that they know. Then watched the guy pull his pots to see the expression on his face. 

I'm with Ruben on this one.
