The cold water is all over and that 20 foot swells (YIKES!) are down to 12 and falling.   I'm thinking of a Moss launch, maybe Monterey.  There are also some seaabass being caught near Mulligan's and the hole.  I'm a WSB virgin and would be happy to focus on them.  If the fish were holding below Monterey then the flood gates may have just opened.
