Mt. Shasta area- Wednesday 8/21

Have to work in Mt. Shasta on Wednesday (oh darn!), bringing along the yak to hit either Siskiyou or McCloud  on the way home.  Company always welcome. 

Missed this post, but had plans anyways, good luck, waiting for a good report.

Good luck Ben, I am on my way to Eureka for two days. No yak but I did bring my surf rod for some jetty fishing after work.

Not much to report so I'll just tack it on here:  windy and big thunderheads kept me from launching.  Siskiyou is down about 10', which according to a local has killed the bite.  He has been fishing McCloud and hammering them though.  I fished the upper Sac in Dunsmuir for nada.  Didn't put much effort into it though, was enjoying my Lagunitas IPA and chillin on the water instead.

Hope you got some shore time in Jeff!  Make sure to check a few holes on the Trinity on the way home.
