Sorry I disappeared, fellas. Derik wanted to go paddling and when we were done he was very adamant about going home right away...lol.

Drove two hours to chill for an hour and paddle for an hour then drove two hours home.

It's all good, though. I let Derik make the calls when we're out together and it was great to see everybody for a lil' bit.

Fun chillin with Joel, family and everyone!  I got my needed uke fix with Tony and Ben too.  Need to slow down on my beer drinking though.  Got sleepy to early again.  :smt003 Maybe it's old age creeping up on me.  :smt009

I have someone's white chop board, a basting tool and barbecue utensils.  Let me know if it's yours.

Good times!  The abalone sashimi was awesome, as were the Jason BBQ skewers.  And the smoked pork butt!  And pork loin!  Kiel, the breakfast was delicious, that's one filipino dish I had never tried.  Thanks to all of you.  I must have had pork 5 or 6 different ways.

Ben and Tony, thanks for letting me jam along with the manbearpig slide guitar.  Next time I'll stick to just listening to you guys!

It was hot.
