Wanna put in some miles. I was thinking SC harbor or HMB, but I'm open to anywhere in the Bay Area. Anybody got similar plans?

SC is slowing and the ellyfish are making it really hard. Today's report indicate good salmon fishing at HMB, but way down by the giant resort hotel (south of HMB)  that area also has buncha squid and a few WSB caught there over the past few days.  Breaking news from the horse's mouth.

ps good luck be safe.  Don't launch from Princeton harbor way too long a paddle.

Wharf to Wharf is this Sunday so Half Moon Bay or Monterey is going to be a better bet.  Santa Cruz will be a zoo.  I am more familiar with Monterey but HMB is probably closer to you.  Lets see where Jim wants to fish.

The Gilroy Garlic Festival is today thru Sunday so anyone coming southbound on 101 or on 152 thru Gilroy .... be prepared for a Hwy parking lot.

How about Davenport Landing?        Far enough north to be out of the zoo...

That sounds excellant. I'll have to meet ya by the the railroad trax because I've never launched from there. Im not sure which trail you use. What time do ya wanna meet? The earlier the better as far as I'm concerned.

if your taking seventh street to the harbor early in the morning to s.c. it might not be to bad. and if you leave early enough . ditto. I was thinking of heading up there. and yes, less swell
