Albion Open 2014 July 25,26,27 Registration Only Open until July 20th by mail

Anyone interested in sharing a campsite?  I have a tent but didn't get a spot reserved in time.

I believe last year they had a group overflow site available. I'm sure they will have the same setup again.
I'm sure someone here can chime in on what was available or you can just call Albion campground and ask.

There is an overflow area. We basically will have the entire campground. A campsite share thread will come up as we get closer to the event.

I was just thinking about this years event and all the pink that was caught.....and lost in my case. Can't wait for redemption!!!!

That was pretty darn phenomenal. A repeat of that would be nice!

Looking to make this event.  It'll be my first time there in that area.  I've got all the camping gear I need but just wondering if there's anything extra I should know?  Sounds like Schooners is the place to call to book a site.  How is the launch site?  Will I be alright in my Hobie Pro Angler?  Not much of a salmon guy but Ill fish for rockfish and ling.

Launch is very easy ring king.

Sounds like I'm in then!  Ill be a bachelor for the summer while my family vacations in Alaska.  I've fished salmon up there in the rivers but have never done any ocean trolling for them.  That's why I said I'd just stick to bouncing swimbaits on the bottom for the Albion event.

Ill call Schooners about a camp site on Monday but if worse comes to worse Ill just sleep in my SUV if no sites are available.
