I noticed the logo on your dad's shirt.  Does he work for the USFS?

Glad to see that everything turned out well for your Dad fishing wise.  I think your Dad is a fish magnet.  I think if I had taken him out on my boat that day we would have done good too.     To bad I could not make it down there to meet him.  Sounds like you all had a blast.  Awesome report Jim!!

Jim, Huge Congrats on that Huge wolfy and wat an awesome time it looked like you, everyone there, and your Family had. That is just amazing u got to have such a memorable time with friends and family. That was Epic hella but fishing Huh!. ...Wtg bro and thanks for sharing. Thank you for reminding me of why i miss and love monterey!!

Steamed the massive head in foil with sesame oil and sake.

Browned the eel carcass and simmered it in a reduction of soy, sugar, mirin and sake. Then basted the filets with the syrupy sauce while grilling! So good!!!

LOL! Nah, that's an old sweathsirt I gave him from when I used to work on the San Bernardino.

 

I have some old green jackets and parkas that I still sometimes use when fishing/camping. Great stuff.

Got some diving in and shot 7 rockies.....(sorry no pics), excellent day to be on the water with great vis. Headed back in to enjoy some food and beer with an awesome group of friends.
