This is what I'm seeing for HMB.

Saturday: WNW wind 9 to 11 kt. Partly sunny. Mixed swell...WNW 3 ft and SW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Saturday Night: W wind 11 to 14 kt. Mostly cloudy. Mixed swell...WNW 4 ft and SW 1 ft. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft.

Sunday: WNW wind 8 to 12 kt. A slight chance of rain after 11am. Mixed swell...WNW 5 ft and SW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.
If you ain't first, you're last.

I think that site is too generalized. Point Reyes to pigeon point. Then it'd say 10-25 knots wind, kinda like saying 0-15 knot. There's no certainty. Anyone can say the wind will blow from 0-20 knots any day of the week. Try using NOAA where you can focus on a particular area instead giving you a more precise weather forecast.

Fwiw, I've found this to be pretty good. Dial down to the area you're interested it, look at swell, interval, wind ... check night, 6am, 12, 6pm
