Does anyone know of a good trolling rig system for kokanee  that does not require a downrigger?  Have some ideas but not sure , sinker release, divers like the deep six ? Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.

Go with a downrigger once you get it figured out you won't regret it. I have tried a deep six for kokes and it sucked just to much drag. I tried lead core which sucked also you have to use a rod that's to heavy for kokes and you'll lose more than you will land. Early season you would be fine just running some lead but now were going 45 plus feet. Some other divers or sinker release might get you there but you'll still be using a rod that's just to heavy. This is just my .02.

Mike is right, riggers for sure. I also bought some depth counter 100# power Pro to replace the steel wire. It really helped me figure out my depth without having a counter plus that horrible noise is gone!

I've had reasonable success jigging for kokes.   I discovered this technique one day while helping some kids catch some fish. I was trolling with a downrigger and marking fish with my depth finder.  Along comes a boat with a dad and his two kids, who are watching as I'm catching fish.  They were still-fishing from their boat, so I pulled up next to them and got the kids set up with a kokanee bug on one and a hoochie on the other.  I had them jig in the range I was marking the fish.  They caught fish this way and I kept tracking the school so they could stay on top of them.  Since then, I've tried it on my own when tiring out on paddling around.  Works pretty well.

So, if you have a fish finder, are marking kokes, try jigging for 'em.

Great idea , never would of thought of that, the fish seeker is the dive plane that I have tried but you will still lose some fish.
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

I've did just fine using leadcore for kokes, I find that a ugly stik light in the 7'6" range with a medium light action works great. What I'm still struggling with is reel selection my 6500 abu kind of sucks with the lead core, I have a cheap bass pro reel that works alright, but when I used DerrikA2h's line counting daiwa I fell in love with that reel for lead core the best I've used yet.

I use a DR and have never struggled with it. Precise. No guessing. I've watched the Kokes chase my ball. I run flashers on the ball and a short set back. The flashers work like that for trout, Mack's, Browns. Just run the bait right behind the weight. For Kokes run your dodger and lure right there off the release a foot to five back.

I sorta do like Rob; flashers off the ball, but then I run flashers, a dodger and a lure mounted about 3 feet up and about 4 feet of line off the first flasher connected to the release.  What that does is drops my line's flashers just behind the ball's flashers.  The extra line out plus mounting a few feet up from the ball puts the rig, if trolling at 1.3mph right behind the ball's flashers.  The risk is; if you stop or turn tight, where your speed falls off AND you are trolling near the bottom, the rig may bump against the bottom and get hung up.
I'll also run 2 rods and stack up on the downrigger.  If I don't know where fish are hanging I'll run 20 and 40 feet down, then either raise or lower another 10 feet, giving me a spread of 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 feet until I figure out where the thermocline is  and the fish.
BTW, I can sometimes see the thermocline on my fish finder if the temperature differential is great enough.  The colder water is denser than the shallower warm water and it will show up as a darker line, like a false bottom reflection.  It takes some adjusting of the fishfinder sensitivity, but will get you into fish if you aren't marking them on the finder.
