*Canceled* Hell Hole June 24th & 25th (Monday & Tuesday)

When are you planning on returning 25 or 26???

I am gonna try to make this trip just need to get the time off request in.

If no firearms I'm bringing my Ninja throwing stars and Nunchuks.

No firearms.  I have bear deterrents that I will bring if people are worried about them.  I am not familiar with the Hell Hole bears, but I regularly deal with bears for work and I am not the least bit worried about the campground.

Not that a gun is needed, but it is French Meadows that is part of the game refuge. no guns are allowed in or traveling through the reserve.
There may be a ban in the campground itself but certainly not Hellhole or the surrounding area.

I like to follow the rules with the rest of them, BUT stupid gun bans in the forest I do NOT follow.

Keep a clean camp and there will be no bear issues.  And if one tries to take your little salmon you just have to know how to handle them.

bad-ass bear!  Ha!  That guy showed HIM!  I think that's what I'll do if I ever run across a bear.

Just hang your smelly stuff. Used to deal with bears a lot myself. No big deal. Bang two pots together a scare them off.

You are right, but I ask that people do not bring firearms on my public hookups.

Bottom line: If you can't camp without your gun, then don't come on this hookup.
