Ok, had enough of idaho. Headed to ft Ross area for some abs and
fishing. Planning on camping at gerstle cove and fishing for a few days. Up and down the Sonoma coast. I'll be there from the 24th thru the 28th. I'm coming solo, so any company would be great.

Rock fish not open till June 1 here in the San Francisco Management Area, but you could go for salmon, crabs, flatfish or abalone out of the Fort Ross Abalone Closure Area. If you want go for rockfish you will need to go north or south. Albion could be a good bet for you. I really like the Russian Gulch State Park campground and you should be able to get in there in May. Beautiful launch site under the historic bridge. Really good abbing there.

It's getting so you need to bring a marine biologist and your attorney when fishing these days.
