SF Bay Kayak Guide ?

Hello gentlemen. I have been thinking about getting a kayak for way too long and was wondering if you guys know of any 'kayak guides' that I would be able to pay for some time on the water so I can get a taste of what it's all about before I commit to buying a kayak. I'm in Mill Valley, anyone else around here ?

+1,  and I think if you make a little bit of a drive,  your likelihood of catching fish will increase too.
