Ling stir fry

Okay, I am not a food photographer...............nor the cook.  But, this weekend Randy prepared our ling cod first in this stir fry, with fresh from the garden asparagus and black sesame seeds, and the next night as the meat in a traditional sweet and sour dish.  The ling works superbly in these dishes.  He does not over cook the ling so it is still moist and stands up well to the rest of the dish.

That looks so good.  Been lurking around, looking for ways to cook my Lings I got last weekend.

Lingcod is so tasty and versatile.  I've had it sauteed, grilled, broiled, battered-n-fried, stir-fried, curried, fish taco'd, and even smoked... and it has all been excellent!
