Kokotat better have my drysuit ready by GS7.  It's BULLSHIT that the relief zipper won't stay shut and the neck gasket tore easy.  I'm getting a pinhole fix and the gasket and it costs $90 :smt003. I'm not sure if the zipper is being fixed at that price.  The wait is 4-6 weeks :smt011

WHY such a long wait???  That isn't good service plus this drysuit is barely a year old.  I can put their products through some real tests.

What did they say about the long wait when you called and asked them?

They told me something similar but said if I needed it by a certain date they would try and make that happen. I just asked them to try get it back to me before an event and I had it a  back about a week later :)

I called Kokotat and talked with the customer service guy.  I explained my situation and they had already started on the fixes and were projecting being done at the end of the week.  Cool thing is, Adventure's Edge called today and said the Gortex was delaminating and that Kokotat is giving me a brand new suit. :smt001

They gave me any choice of colors so I chose the lichen colored one.  Thanks for all the input.  Kokotat came through in a big way.  Awesome customer service.  I will have to be more diligent with the wax for the zippers and sun uv protectant on the outside of the suit.

Glad thing works out great for you Rob.  After they repaired my booties twice and replaced the wrist/neck gaskets, they decided to send me a new one this time just in time for the GS7.  Thank you Kokatat for the wonderful service!

I am big Kokatat fan.  I own the angler drysuit, jacket and tempest pants.  Holding up great.  I do wash them occasionally.  :smt001

Many of us here use the 303 Aerospace Protectant on the kayak.  Works great on the dry suit too.

I'm looking to purchase a Kokatat Hydrus 3l supernova angler suit. I called my local shop, Claveys but there sold out and the size and color I want "L Denim" is back ordered for a month! :smt013 which means I won't have it for GS.  Any help on finding one would be much appreciated. I'm willing to order online if the price is right. Clavey's quoted me $580 OTD.

Did you try Dan at Headwaters?  He treated me really well and I'm looking forward to using my new Hydrus 3L at GS7.  If you know the size, i'm sure somebody would be able to pick it up and bring it to the event for you.

I got mine at http://www.outdoorplay.com use "chat15" for coupon code during check out, gets you 15% off, free shipping comes out to $514.25 net.

Sign up on their mailing list and once in a while they mail out a 20% discount code.

Which one did you end up ordering from Outdoor Play because I didn't see the Kokatat Hydrus 3L Supernova Angler Suit on their website.  Granted, I'm a little late to the show as it's been a week since this thread was started.

No I didn't contact headwaters. Should have. I ended up getting a new travala and a diawa saltist reel. And some tackle :)
