GS7 Fish Cleaning - Save the heads and collars

Attention GS7 Fish Slayers:

Please save me some of the heads and collars from your big fish especially salmon heads - if you're just going to throw them away.  A couple of us will be making Sinigang (filipino tamarind soup), Cioppino, and maybe more.  Find me or Kiel/Reelknots around the campgrounds if you don't see us by the fish cleaning station. 

Also, if you need some assistance turning your Uni/Sea Urchin, Salmon, or Abalone into POKE we'd be more than happy to help you out. 

Last year, we made a feast out of the collars but wished we could've saved some of the heads for sinigang.

Kiel turned me onto it last year at GS6 and I love it.

You guys are in for a treat.  My favorite!  I have no idea why this dish isn't more popular like Pho.

Salmon heads make great bait for the big barn door halibut.  Just sayin'.  I will have some heads to donate though, including salmon.  I'm looking forward to all the good grub.

Good to know!  I could use the head for bait and if things don't work out....SINIGANG!!!

With three days of prefishing and the posibility of 100+ 10#+ Lings and who knows what other big fish will be caught on tournament day - you better bring a bigger pot - much bigger! 

Hell yeah!! save some collars and I will cook it with coconut milk and red curry!  I will bring my big pot.
