I had one of those weekends when you are trying to paly catch up with things.  Saturday went to San Rafel to pick up aunt uncle for picnic out at Point Reyes.  Sunday prep gear for first ever Salmon Trip (non yak to goout on Huck FInn on Tuesday).  Helped put GF's vertical kayak station (she stores a couple of her boats on end, and has for years).  Chore done, Check! Installed transducer on Big Red, Check, switched out soem rivets for SS hardware on a scotty mount, check, prepare my first ever dutch oven dinner, check (mac & cheese with brocolli and ham), grill a half dozen chicken thighs for dinner this week, wash a butt load of dishes, rake some leaves up, help GF with Kayak washing, and bunch opf other little details.  Looking forward to my first ever Salmon attempt.  Growing up we didn't really have a salmon season to speak of.  Atlantic salmon were in such decline, I don't ever recall having a season.

I know it is not catching one off of a Kayak, but hey any pink is better than none?
