Crappie scouting at Lake Hennessey 4/6

Returned to the lake with Howard and spend the afternoon scouting for them at Lake Hennessey but no one home.  Saw 1 bass broke the surface while trolling for Crappie, tied on a crank bait and caught her on second cast.  Looks like a LMB but not too sure. Water warmed up a bit to around 57 degrees.

Nice Sonny. I think it's an LMB, but hard to tell 100%.

It was a nice drive to check out a new body of water. Met Victor at the launch, who was also lucky to bag a bass.

Way to get out there and get some bass Sonny. The crappies are very shy this year.
