Anyone install a FF on a slidetrax sideboard?

I've never bought anew one so I don't know about that.

I got the replacement unit from Hodges Marine. I tried it out today and it works. One thing I thought was strange though was the time on the sattalites screen was two hours fast. I couldn't find a way to change it. Anyone else looked at their humminbird time setting?

It is in the set up menu I believe. You adjust for your time zone, then for DST too. Did you get instructions with it? You can go to HB website and download if you need to. You can register the FF and get updates too.

It comes with a CD. I searched for set time and got no results. I'll look again. Thanks.

I can go plug mine in tomorrow and give you a step by step. But I can't do till tomorrow night.

I searched the manual for "time zone" and found it. It is in the advanced menu. I am testing it tomorrow so I think I'll get it now. Thanks again. Ken

I figured it out. You have to choose advanced user in the setup menu and then more items are listed in the setup menu. Not what I would call intuitive, but thanks for the help. I noticed it was averaging .3 to .5 or more miles an hour setting on my front lawn. Sounds like it won't be very accurate when it comes to reading my trolling speed.
