GS7 Gyotaku/fish printing - details pg2, signups-online deadline 5pm 5/15 pg4

Now I'm hoping 60-something shirts will be enough!  There are also other shirts coming in from a couple sources - this is going to be crazy!

Ok, I have to say I am TOTALLY STOKED that people are expressing interest in our new optional items!! 

It is making me wonder if I need to put a call out for loans of camp picnic tables for our event.  With 192 participants of which many will be camping, I may not have the extra picnic tables available like I had last year - and it looks like we are going to need them!  I will not really know for sure until I get to SC on May 17th and talk with the campground folks. Any volunteers to loan their table if I need to go to Plan B?  Boy!  This is going to be a lot of FUN!!

We are a week out from GS7 and wanted to remind people of the Gyotaku Extravangza event following the tournament - details on page 2.  Everyone with GS7 is welcome!  We have plain shirts (donated by Daniel/dpshim - thank you!!), paper paints/ink for you to print with however please feel free to bring your own shirt, paper, inks/paints, fabric etc!! We are offering optional items for a modest donation which you can sign up for ahead of time to secure one of the limited items, but not necessary. (see page 4) With the optional items, you are eligible for a cash prize!  Let me know if you want to be included on the list.  If you have indicated you wanted a flag or shirt, check the list and make sure I have listed you.

For those who are not participating in the contest and attending the potluck, I will be looking for judges not related to/bribed by the contest participant to help judge the fish printed flags and for the white Gimme Shelter Gyotaku fish printed t-shirts.  I will randomly select you at the potluck.

Will there be colored inks or just black ink? I assume white or lightler colored T would work best -?

Did a double check.  Here is what inks/paints colors I will be bringing

tempura paint (blue, purple, red, yellow, black, red and white)
fabric paint (black, white, red, yellow, blue and brown)
