Surfingdude, some regular 6inch corn tortillas would be greatly appreciated. Scubaluis and perhaps Solsrf1 are bringing the rest of the peanut oil. Jbaker, thank you for getting the pico de gallo. 9erfan, I am making an avocado based salsa for the tacos that i am bringing. I am getting rid of the self-serve condiment table and assembling the tacos complete and passing them out like that. Last year the condiment table caused gridlock. So we probably won't have time to dice and put avocados on them.  But you could make guacamole and put that out if you want.

Kiel, We also need  about 8 boxes of tempura batter mix. I usually get them at the asian food store for about $2/box

Sounds good Mike.  Can you bring a gallon of peanut oil?

Jack

You want to do a taco throwdown, my grilled fish tacos against your fried tacos? We could set up a betting line and all proceeds would go to Joel and HOW.

Scott

Scott, You are out of control dude. A betting line on tacos?   I'm just trying to get the tacos to the people without burning the joint down.
but if you want to get all vegas with it, go right ahead.

Jack

I will be bringing
Corn tortillas 150
Sliced jalapeños 3 large cans
Oil 1 gallon

PM me if you need other stuff. Will be making a tamale stop at Lola's on the way up. Looking forward to cooking with you. Been too long.

Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.
