I have sold parts for years automotive and industrial. Google Mcmaster and Carr. they have a extremely large inventory of stuff. Look in the bushing area. I bet this is where Wheeleez may get some stuff. I found the Hatch seal Weather strip for Daughters OK Scupper pro there for 1/2 price. Their book is extremely thick with specialty hardware.

+1  for McMaster Carr, they have a truly unbelievable amount of hardware (and stuff).  Thought about them when I first opend the thread but dropped it when I saw the setup in my wheels,

But for DIY people it's an amazing resource.

Sorry for the jack but they've been able to supply me with some pretty obscure stuff.

I know this is a zombie thread but since recently you mentioned you still have them I thought I would share.
I recently purchased a used rolleez cart same as yours and it had bad bearings one of which I melted like you did.
I ordered the replacement wheeleez bearing kit and it's the same as before no changes. Wheeleez must have misunderstood when you said you had rolleez and thought you had the old yellow wheels. Which they don't make parts for. So for about $35. You get all new bearings and felt washers. Two 10mm wrenches and about 5min to swap them out.
