Is there a cut off date for team sign-ups?

I would like to have the teams sorted out by one week after GS7 registration deadline.

What is the minimum number per team and is there any calculation adjustments for teams with more players? It seems if this was a better team event that if you had a team of 5 members against a 2 member team , you should get some bonus calc or drop and take the top 2 scores. A team of 2 would seem to have an advantage or a team of 5 especially if you have a team mate that slept in.

There will be no calculation adjustments because  I want this to be as simple as possible.  If you think there is an advantage fishing on a team of two, then you can form a team of two.
