I did mine online. Easy peasy.
If you don't get your placard intime you can put your last name and hunting number on a piece of paper on your dash; as long as you've already registered.
Rachel was super fast responding to the email too, like same day fast...on a SUNDAY!

I'm glad I saw this post. I'm going to try and make it.  Don't have a bow yet, so can't go for piggy. But I'm down for some hiking and chilling. Do u guys know if I can make it up by car or is it a 4x4 type area to the campgrounds. I will be going solo, so a share campsite would be a plus.

You could make it in a Prius.

I'm gonna be there on sat....i know all the "real" hunters will be out hiking the whole day, but i will be there just'a chillin!  waiting and hoping to hear the stories of "FallenPigs" around the campfire.
Do i bring firewood or food? or both?  :smt004

We're pros at gathering wood so just bring food.  I'll bring the smoker and a rack of ribs - might need someone to keep an eye on the smoker while I'm out harassing pigs.  I'll be there late Friday night.

For all the peeps that don't know what to bring or don't know how to cook, bring meat for the smoker....I'll cook it up.

Here's the tentative hunting schedule for the new peeps:

5am-10ish: Morning hunt
10am-3pm: Break/Brunch/Monkeying around at camp
3pm-sunset: Evening hunt
30 minutes after sunset:  PARTY TIME!!!

Ha! You think we're there to hunt? The only time I'm out all day is if I'm there alone, or
I'm tracking a bleeder. Jason has the schedule right. That's also why I'm not bringing a
kayak, because I hunt in little spurts in the HPAs, (High Percentage Areas), that are mostly
near the roads.
Adam, bring fruit and vegies to keep me regular.
I leave in 24 hours, yee-haw!!
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.
