Nice boat Allen.  What kind/size of motor did you have on it?

So tell me about what type of engine it is. I/O or out board? Size?

The 1995  Johnson 130 2 stroke OB is still on the boat.  This boat would work fine with a modern 115 or even a 90.  The 130 topped out at 26mph, but usually my cruise speed was more like 11-14 mph.  Extra HP is always good when you need it though.  Used 2cycles in really good condition can be found from 2K to 4K.  Used 4 cycles more like 3500 and up.  New 4 stroke run 8500-10K.  Throw a new 115 Mercury or Honda on, and you will own a dream boat.
