Craig,  Can you get us a list of retailers in Norcal that stock the large Big Hammer baits?

I have been getting the BH 9" sledge hammers off of eBay. the guy is in SoCal and his prices seem resonable he also ships fast.

Here's the eBay link

Just make sire if you buy from Ebay that they are refundable if the product is not to your liking. I had a fella send me aPM saying he bought some 4" swimbaits from Ebay. and when he opened the package thay were no good. falling apart from being in the plastic tray/box in the sun or heat. They just fell apart when he tried to put the jig head in the bait.

I have ordered from this guy several times and all the swim baits were new with no issues. The only problem is I seem to like leaving them at the bottom of the ocean.

Thanks for a warning though.

That would probably be me Craig.

Definitely be careful when buying these on ebay.  I made the mistake of purchasing some on ebay that were decently priced.  The guy had good feedback rating, however he refused to let me return the super old baits so in the garbage it went.

Lesson learned!

I got some at Sport Chalet in Concord, when I asked for them at Fishermen  Warehouse in Sacramento, The sales person try to say that they have something better, I did not buy it for 1 minute, ( based on NCKA reviews and fishing reports) I did pick up a few other thing there ( I have been going to this store for about 15 yrs) but not the swim bait he try to sell me.
I will place an order to show some support.

I have been corresponding with Pete the owner of BH. Sad to say he handed out more product last year to events and give aways for Nor Cal than was sold in Nor Cal. Thanks you guys for buying some. BH will be supporting Albion again.

I spoke to Pete and he told me the same thing. He has supported all my tournaments last year! This year I will be stocking Big Hammer in all Pacific Outfitter Locations as our bulk plastic as well as the three packs. We need to support the companies that support us!
Sponsored by: Pacific Outfitters, Jackson kayaks, Seeker rods. Accurate reels, Promar, Mustang Survival, Lingcod jigs.

I agree and will continue to support Big Hammer but I just need someplace in the East Bay that has them for sale.  There's a new Dick's opening in Livermore later this year.  Does anybody know if they have them in their stores?

For years, the ONLY local place I knew of that sold BH was Waltons Pond, in San Leandro.  John will order patterns/sizes for you if they aren't on shelf.

I keep them in a zip-loc. Same colors. The whites will let other colors bleed into them.
